Of course you can find a wider selection of exercises in LLTs free to download home exercise booklets, or you can purchase a DVD with the exercises that you can follow and do at home. Although Bex’s quotes appear under the walking section, remember that walking alone does not improve strength and balance and you have to purposefully exercise to improve these components of exercise.
