Monday marked the start of the UK Men’s Health Week – the theme “Take Action on Covid 19.”
During the last 3 months Make Movement Your Mission (MMYM) has proved to be an important step forward for Later Life Training with over 2,900 people signed up to the 3 daily Movement snacks during the Covid 19 pandemic.
Participants have accessed MMYM snacks live online at Facebook or by catch up on YouTube. However, we’ve been wondering “Where are all the men?”. With 80% female to 20% male participation, what is happening. In the attached article, Bob Laventure asks why are older men “Missing in Action” from Make Movement Your Mission?
